Last year about a year ago I carried my van there to be repaired. I made it clear that I only wanted OEM parts. To make a long story short I will probably never get to use my van I have invested $19,000 in because directions were not followed. However, if I am reading my credit card statement correctly this company has done the right thing and refunded my charge. Such is life but is important to follow your customers directions. Most people don’t invest 19,000 in a $2400 vehicle but when you only have cash sporadically that is the best you can do to keep transportation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I brought my 2008 Chevy 2500 durmax in to them on July 10th flew out to go off shore the next day. Walked in to the shop with pictures of parts, names and where to find them and was told it would be no problem and would be done when I returned on the 26th. I had a 6” rough country lift already on my truck when I brought it in … told the employees I wanted bds suspension cool over lift, Airbags on the rear. But when I returned after no calls while my truck was there or any notice that something was wrong I went up there on the 28th hoping my truck would be ready. After talking to an employee I was told my truck wasnt done because they first ordered parts for a 1500 even after being told it was a 2500 and that it wasn’t even there and was at an unknown alignment shop that no one told me it would have to go to. On Monday the 31st I get a call to come pick up my truck. The only thing they even did to my truck was change out my 6” rough country lift kit with a new one and that now my tires constantly rub when that was not a problem In the beginning. They did offer to make it right but after being out my truck for multiple days for me is not a option when I’m home I must have it for hauling I declined because at this point I don’t trust this shop to not to run in to issues again that I can’t afford to not have my truck.

Seems with the hot weather if anything can go wrong it does. But cool in waiting room and they have good coffee while waiting. Got problem fixed and on road again in less then 30 minutes. And NO CHARGE!

Another excellent job of installing a spray-in Bed liner in my new truck have been using LTO for several years and have always been pleased with their work, highly recommend
