Showed up at 0800 when they opened. They installed a new flowmaster muffler for me in less than 1 hour without an appointment. Great service too.

The overall service, as far as the installation time, once the product that was purchased arrived, was Excellent. The problem was it arrived over a month and a half later than I was told at the time the order was placed. In the end, the reason was that the manufacturer had yet to make a mold for the 2017 F250's new body style, but I was never told that until I had been inquiring on the status of the ETA for over a month.

I was sent to them by another local company and thank goodness I was. I called and the gentleman that answered said he could take a look and give me a quote in minutes. I had tried off road in a minivan which not good for a muffler ;).He not only checked it but fixed it in less than 20 min total!!! Thankfully because I had two children in tow! The price for the repair was awesome and they could have taken advantage of me since I had no idea what was wrong nor what I needed. I got honest awesome treatment! So thankful. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was super nice!
